WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll be part of our EMEA HR Operations Team, based in Bain GBS Warsaw. The team supports scalable HR processes across Bain’s EMEA offices and plays a crucial role in driving standardization, efficiency, and operational excellence in support of Bain’s continued growth.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
You’ll be responsible for delivering HR activities and processes for specific Bain offices in the EMEA region. You will be working closely with stakeholders across locations and time zones.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage employee life cycle updates in Workday
- Coordinate and track hires, departures, transfers, and other people movements
- Conduct audits and manage data compliance in HR systems
- Support compensation processes and employee performance review cycles
- Handle onboarding logistics and background check administration
- Generate and manage HR documents and maintain accurate employee files
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support operational decisions
ABOUT YOU
You bring a blend of administrative HR experience and operational agility, with a strong service mindset.
Required qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 1 year of professional experience in an HR or administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using HR systems (Workday is a plus)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently and prioritizing across multiple tasks
- Calm and solutions-oriented under pressure
- Comfortable with working in-office 2 days per week
