In 1997, Bain Brazil was launched in a modest office with a small group of people. Today, we’re proud to serve many of the most influential international, multinational, government, nonprofit and Fortune 500 firms in the world. Our office operates in conjunction with our Santiago, Bogota, Rio de Janeiro and Buenos Aires teams as Bain South America, focusing mainly on locally based clients. Our diverse, entrepreneurial teams embrace the common goal of creating a lasting impact on both businesses and society overall.
Our São Paulo Innovation Hub reinforces our commitment to sustainability and diversity. This eco-friendly space, featuring meeting rooms and a recording studio, expands Bain's global presence to 13 innovation hubs, all reliant on renewable energy.
Steering our passion for results in São Paulo, we’re driven by client-centric focus and collaboration. We champion personal growth and entrepreneurial mindsets while upholding our strong ethical standards and values in diversity, inclusion, and adaptability. We thrive in innovative problem-solving, and center ourselves in community and continuous improvement. At Bain, we don't just cheer for success, we make it happen.
Bain has been investing in diversity, equity, and inclusion for more than 30 years, and our affinity groups are an enduring, vibrant outpouring of that commitment.
Black at Bain (BAB) is an affinity group for members of the Black diaspora across Bain.
Women at Bain (WAB) is an affinity group for all women and non-binary Bainies who are interested in building community around women’s experiences.
First at Bain (First) is for members who were first in their family to go to college, do not have a four-year college degree, or who identify with the experience of growing up in a lower socio-economic household.
Asian at Bain (AAB) is a community of Bain professionals of Asian, Asian American, Pacific Islander and Native Hawaiian descent.
Diverse Abilities at Bain (DAAB) is a community built around disability, neurodiversity, and how our members' minds and bodies work differently in ways that influence our life and work.
Familia at Bain (FAM) is an organization of Bain professionals with Hispanic, Latino/a/x, Chicano/a or Latin American heritage or interests.
Pride at Bain (Pride) is an affinity group for those who identify across the lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and queer spectrum at Bain.
