Florian Braun

Florian Braun is an expert in the firm's Enterprise Technology and Financial Services practices.

Throughout his tenure at Bain, Flo has advised clients on a wide array of subjects, with a particular emphasis on IT transformation. In this sphere, his expertise spans technology, infrastructure, cloud strategy and IT operating model.

He is also deeply versed in Agile Innovation and Agile bootcamp training.

Flo also holds extensive experience in banking technology and bank restructuring, including restructuring plan approvals and monitoring trustee advisory. 

Prior to joining Bain in 2010, Florian served as the vice president of equity capital markets at ING Group, where he worked in Paris, Amsterdam and Brussels. 

He holds an MBA from IESE Business School, as well as undergraduate degrees in corporate finance and management from Sorbonne University.
