- Leader in customer value management
Will is a member of the Communications, Media & Entertainment practice.
He has worked with telecoms and media/entertainment companies in North America, the UK and Europe. His work predominantly involves customer-led growth projects (e.g. customer value management, "CVM") and business unit strategy. He has also spent significant time in portfolio value creation projects for financial investors.
He is a leader in the London office's LGBTQ+ network and is a promoter of diversity, equity and inclusion within the office.
Before joining Bain, he completed a PhD in chemical engineering from the University of Cambridge.
