WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:
We’re pleased to host Bain’s Consulting Kickstart Program, a virtual program designed to provide first-year (freshman) undergraduate students with insight into a career path in consulting and what the recruiting process looks like at Bain.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Consulting Kickstart Program is focused on giving high-achieving undergraduate freshman/first year students with Black, Hispanic/Latin American or Indigenous (Native American, Alaska Native, Inuit, Métis and First Nations) heritage, exposure to leaders in business and to the consulting world.
Through CK, you will:
- Learn how we help innovative companies overcome some of their biggest challenges
- Hear from business leaders and connect with other undergraduate students through a series of virtual sessions
Programming will take place the week of May 5th-9th, 2025. Exact dates will be provided to those who are selected for the program.
ABOUT YOU:
We encourage you to apply if you meet the following criteria:
- Current freshman/first year students who plan to graduate in winter 2027 or spring/summer 2028 and are Black, Hispanic/Latin American or Indigenous (Native American, Alaska Native, Inuit, Métis, and First Nations)
- Outstanding academic performance
- Strong leadership and team skills
- Energized by solving tough problems and driving real impact
- Interested in pursuing a career in consulting
