Intern, Digital Marketing
Description & Requirements
The intern on the Digital Marketing Team provides support across web and marketing technology initiatives to help enhance execution and impact.
Responsibilities:
- Website management and delivery
- Updating headshots for recruiting profiles to maintain accurate and professional representation
- Conducting monthly content audits to maintain relevance and consistency across web pages
- Making basic website updates to ensure content accuracy and alignment with brand standards
- Marketing technology enablement
- Support with tool set up for marketing tools (e.g. Pigeonhole)
- Digital Marketing operations
- Preparing and delivering Marketo Analytics reports to support marketing performance insights
- UTM link creation for campaign tracking
Requirements:
- BA or MA Student
- 0-1 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing field
- Fluency in English (min C1 level)
- Proactive team contributor who can take ownership of tasks with clear guidance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with content management systems (CMS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Exposure to UX/UI principles and how they inform digital experiences
- Comfortable working with basic HTML
