WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Global Business Services (GBS) Center in Warsaw, which supports Bain offices across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This team plays a critical role in delivering efficient and professional internal support to our leadership and consulting teams, enabling them to focus on driving impactful results for our clients.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As Travel & Expense (T&E) Manager, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for overseeing travel and expense operations, ensuring compliance with policies, enhancing user experience, and driving continuous improvement.

ABOUT YOU
- Strong expertise in Travel & Expense processes and principles
- Educational background in Finance & Accounting or a related field
- 8+ years of experience managing Travel & Expense teams and operations
- Proven ability to offer strategic insights and drive process improvements
- Skilled leader and coach with excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Proficiency with ERP financial systems and analytics tools
- Highly organized with strong time management capabilities
- Analytical mindset with a focus on results and decision-making
- Committed to professional integrity and continuous excellence
