Who you will work with

BCN Customer CoE, has the vision to lend expertise, speed and competitiveness to Bain’s Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Marketing & Customer Experience projects through co-developing and delivering Pricing products, designing Go-to-Market Strategy Solutions and improve customer experience effectively through client-oriented solutions. In the CoE, we develop products and deliver solutions that help clients identify and fulfil full potential across the entire value chain of sales and customer journey. Also capturing value across – from problem identification, solution designing, and implementation, to capability transfer. The CoE has fast-paced, dynamic environment with continuous innovation and learning. What you’ll do 

  1. Develop high-impact sales collateral (proposal, discussion decks and RFP responses) for clients across regions
  2. Co-create innovative perspectives and products to help Bain win more projects, and to serve clients more effectively and efficiently
  3. Help build Bain’s differentiated offering, experience and expertise through new tools and innovative thinking
  4. Show comfort in driving open-ended client requests, creating point-of-views, and delivering output aligned with client objectives
  5. Collaborate with BCN Project Leader / Manager to deploy & commercialize Bain’s offering internally and externally 
  6. Ensure timely, high quality, zero-defect output by yourself, and your team-let
  7. Generate and screen realistic answers based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable solutions
  8. Use your story lining skills to drive conversations with senior stakeholders. 
  9. Assist the Customer Practice in operational tasks including leadership updates, business reviews, and maintaining the internal knowledge database


About you

  1. Undergraduate degree (preferably in Engineering, Business, or Economics) with 2–5 years of experience, or Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred) with 1–3 years of experience 
  2. Proven ability to build sales collateral (proposals, pitch decks, RFPs, demos) on topics like branding, marketing, customer experience, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy
  3. Experience in proposal or bid management within a Professional Services firm (e.g., Big 4, MBB, or tech consulting), especially for Consumer Products and Retail clients, is a strong advantage. Knowledge of management consulting concepts in B2B/B2C sales, marketing, and customer experience is also a plus
  4. Proficiency in advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel is must. Executional understanding of analytical and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, etc., is a strong advantage
  5. Bonus skills: experience in digital/web content creation (e.g., EPiServer) and demo/video tools (e.g., Synthesia, Adobe) 
  6. Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders
  7. Self-motivated and have experience working in a team environment with ability to handle multiple tasks and tight timelines
  8. Excellent work management, time management and problem-solving skills
