  • Collaborate closely with consulting teams to understand the context and nuances of research requests
  • Deliver concise summaries and insights that directly inform case recommendations
  • Build industry knowledge by attending internal practice meetings, reading trade publications, and leveraging Bain resources
  • Participate in CP/R asset-building projects, including proprietary brochures, databases, and knowledge-sharing materials
  • Evaluate research tools and services, contribute to resource development, and assist in training consulting team members
  • Solicit and incorporate feedback to enhance the quality and relevance of your work

  • Can-do attitude, an initiative-taking approach, and a strong desire to learn new skills
  • Prior experience or familiarity with KPIs relevant to the Consumer Products and Retail industries
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and your native language
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
