WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our global Experienced Talent Recruiting (ETR) team, which helps bring bold, impact-driven talent to Bain. We support hiring across Expert Client Delivery, Functional Professional, and Vector teams—spanning client-facing consulting, analytics and engineering roles, and business functions like Finance, Talent, Marketing, and L&D. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across geographies, industries, and capabilities, working side-by-side with senior leadership to shape high-performing teams.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Senior Specialist on the ETR team, you will primarily take full ownership of the end-to-end hiring process for the Bain Capability Network (BCN) and support other core teams as needed. The BCN team builds intellectual property and solutions, supports client development, and engages in live consulting projects to deliver exceptional results for clients across industries and capabilities. You will be a trusted partner to hiring managers and cross-functional collaborators, playing a key role in shaping the talent that drives Bain’s innovation forward.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead full life cycle recruitment for roles across the BCN and other core teams at Bain & Company including, but not limited to: analytics, data, product, sales & marketing, etc. in the Americas region
- Build deep partnerships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align on hiring strategy and long-term talent planning
- Proactively source, engage, and convert top-tier talent through both established pipelines and innovative sourcing tactics
- Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience across all recruitment stages
- Develop compelling, competitive offers in partnership with Compensation and HR
- Share best practices and continuously improve recruiting tools, processes, and team collaboration
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting and proactive talent sourcing experience required
- Strong preference for experience recruiting in analytics, digital, product or technical domains
- Professional English language proficiency (CEFR B2 minimum, C1 OR C2 preferred)
- Skilled communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities
- Effective judgment, flexibility, and creativity in dynamic environments
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and managing competing demands
- Proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
- A genuine interest in the digital and technical space, with a pulse on industry trends
