Clara Albuquerque

Clara Albuquerque is a member of our Financial Services, Digital and Agile Innovation practices.

Clara has more than 15 years of consulting experience and has worked with clients across industries and geographies, including México, Latin America, the United States and Europe. Her core competencies include digital transformation, growth and adjacency strategy, commercial due diligence, operational performance, and Agile-driven transformations.

Clara has worked on multiple digital transformations leveraging new ways of working such as Agile and collaborating with our ecosystem partners whenever possible.

In addition to her client work, she is deeply involved in Inspirational Leadership and supports our Womxn at Bain and Diversity and Inclusion efforts.

Prior to joining us, Clara worked as VP for BNP Paribas, the World Bank, and another consulting firm. She also worked as an entrepreneur, co-founding and leading a retail business.

She holds an MPA from Columbia University's School of International Affairs and a B.S. in Administration from Universidade Nova (Lisbon).

Clara is married with four children and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family specially outdoors.
