Liz Ziccardi is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources practice. She specializes in helping clients navigate complex transitions, like M&A integrations, large cost optimization programs, and growth strategy changes.
Liz has worked with clients across multiple industries, including one of the largest national utilities and Fortune 500 healthcare and technology companies. She works in close operational coordination with client teams from strategy development through implementation, focused most recently on energy transition strategy for a multinational oil and gas corporation.
She is also a leader in the Houston office, serving as the Houston social impact practice liaison and a steering committee member of Texas’s Womxn at Bain affinity group.
Liz started her career as an analyst at Hall Capital Partners, a private wealth management firm in San Francisco. She later joined Teach for America, serving as a teacher and grade level chair for KIPP San Francisco Bay Academy. She joined Bain & Company full time in New York in 2016.
Liz received a BA in International Relations from the University of Virginia and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania.
In her free time, Liz enjoys running, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her husband and two young boys.
