WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
You'll join AI, Insights, & Solutions (AIS), a multidisciplinary team of experts who bring together technical depth and business acumen to tackle transformative challenges across industries. As a Data Scientist, you’ll help drive innovation by integrating AI and data-driven solutions into strategy and execution. Whether launching new ventures, reimagining user experiences, or building tech-enabled products, you’ll work at the intersection of analytics and impact—turning bold strategies into breakthrough results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Design and implement robust data science models and solutions for Bain cases and clients
• Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and designers to bring data products to life
• Work across diverse datasets and domains, performing data manipulation and advanced analytics
• Communicate findings through compelling visualizations and storylines
• Contribute to scaling proof-of-concept projects into resilient, production-level tools
• Support the continuous improvement and evolution of Bain’s analytics capabilities

ABOUT YOU
• You have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles
• You’re fluent in Python and familiar with Git for collaboration
• You’ve built and deployed supervised and unsupervised machine learning models
• You’re comfortable working with statistics, linear algebra, and databases
• You enjoy exploring messy datasets and can tell a compelling story from data
• You’re proactive, curious, and love learning new tools and technologies
• You’re an excellent communicator who thrives in interdisciplinary teams
• English fluency is essential
