Keith Donnelly is an expert in our Performance Improvement and Financial Services practices and has more than 15 years of management consulting experience.
Since joining Bain in 2000, Keith has gained extensive experience in driving strategy-led full potential transformations for a range of global clients. Keith is current the Americas lead for Bain's network optimization work. Over time, he has advised clients on corporate and business unit strategy, organizational effectiveness, customer experience, sales and channel excellence, M&A, divestiture and carve-out execution, supply chain management, and asset and logistics network design.
His clients span a wide range of industries; however, he holds specialized expertise in Financial Services, focusing on property, casualty, health and life insurance and in Transportation and Logistics, where he has advised clients across industrial goods & services, consumer products and retail.
He graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with a BSE in mechanical engineering and economics. He later earned his MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
