Ty Hollingsworth is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing and Performance Improvement practices.
Ty's casework largely centers around large-scale performance transformations. She has particular expertise in zero-based redesign and supply chain. She has worked across industries, with the last several years focused in advanced manufacturing and aerospace & defense. Additionally, Ty has led 15+ private equity due diligences.
Outside of her casework, Ty has been the Los Angeles office lead for Women at Bain since 2019 and supports a number of other human capital-related initiatives.
Ty holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and Politics from Pomona College.
She and her husband have two young boys who keep them on their toes. In her free time, Ty enjoys cooking, eating, and small home improvement projects.
