Roch Baranowski

Roch Baranowski is the managing partner of our Warsaw office and a member of our Energy & Natural Resources and Private Equity practices.

He specializes in energy transition, working with clients across energy, oil and gas, technology, manufacturing and financial investors to support the transformation to net-zero. Roch has deep expertise in electric mobility, renewable power generation and supply chain as well as alternative fuels and circularity.    

Roch works with financial investors across the investment lifecycle on investment strategy, commercial due diligence, post-acquisition value creation and exit preparation.

He also has relevant experience in the healthcare sector.

Roch holds a master's degree from Freie Universität Berlin and the University of Chicago.
