As a Recruiting Assistant, you'll be a key player in the behind-the-scenes magic that powers our global recruiting team. You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters, supporting them in finding top talent for a wide range of roles across the EMEA region. From scheduling interviews to helping onboard new hires, you’ll be right in the middle of the action – learning, growing, and making things happen.
This is a perfect role for someone who’s completed an internship or is early in their professional journey and wants to gain exposure to global HR operations, and process optimization in a top-tier professional services environment.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate all aspects of interviews scheduling with speed and accuracy, making sure everything runs like clockwork
- Be the friendly face (or inbox) for candidates, helping them navigate the interview process
- Keep everything on track in our applicant tracking system (ATS) – open roles, schedule interviews, track statuses
- Draft and send offer letters (get ready for some happy emails!)
- Work with HR to kick off onboarding for new hires
- Jump into recruiting projects that make our processes better, faster, and smarter
Who We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree, final year student – check!
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or administration (internships count!)
- Fluent English (C1) – we’re a global team
- Great with details, deadlines, and juggling tasks
- A self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute
- Team player attitude – we’ve got your back and you’ll have ours
- Familiarity with tools like ATS/HRIS is a plus – but we’ll teach you if you’re eager to learn
- Available for a full-time employment and able to from our Warsaw office 2 days per week
