Reda Cherif is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services, Private Equity and Public Sector and Government practices.
He has over a decade of consulting experience.
Reda has worked with a range of private sector clients in industries including Private Equity, Talent & Human Capital, Energy, Healthcare, Entertainment and Retail to address issues such as turnaround and growth strategy, M&A, performance improvement, digitalization, operating model, organization redesign and commercial due diligence.
He has also led multiple projects for public sector leaders, policymakers, and foundations around national socioeconomic development, human capital, government transformation, education and innovation.
Outside of client work, Reda is a member of our US and European MBA recruiting team and is significantly involved in Bain's Middle Eastern talent efforts.
Before joining us, Reda was an advisor to Morocco’s current Prime Minister (then Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries) and was a consultant for another top consulting company, deeply focusing on sustainability and climate change topics.
Reda holds a Master in International Affairs (MIA) from Columbia’s University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA, New York City) and an MBA from ESSEC Business School (Paris, France). He is also a certified ESG specialist.
In his personal time, Reda is a passionate musician, mainly playing jazz and blues guitar and has attended Berklee College of Music workshop program as well as being a member of our Bain Band . He is happily married and with his wife are the proud parents of young son and daughter.
