WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Global Business Services (GBS) team in Warsaw, providing top-tier internal support to Bain’s leadership and consulting teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As part of our finance function, you’ll collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth and timely financial operations.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
This role is ideal for someone early in their finance career who’s ready to contribute independently, support process improvement, and build strong working relationships across Bain’s global teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Verify invoices for completeness and compliance with company policies
- Process and code supplier invoices in SAP
- Ensure timely invoice readiness for payment
- Support supplier open item clearing and account reconciliations
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Handle internal and external queries related to Accounts Payable
- Prepare basic AP reports
- Maintain adherence to company policies and internal controls
- Foster collaboration within the GBS Warsaw team and across Bain
ABOUT YOU
- A university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Around 1 year of relevant experience in a BPO, SSC, GBS, or accounting office
- Fluency in English (B2/C1) and German (minimum B2 level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP4 HANA is a plus
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Growth mindset and eagerness to learn
- Availability to work onsite 40% of the time (hybrid model)
