Then apply now for the position of an experienced Talent Professional (12-month contract) in our Talent department at our Zurich office, starting as soon as possible.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support our Talent team in various areas, including staffing and deployment planning for a group of consultants, training coordination, and performance evaluations.
- Lead the onboarding process and guide new hires through their integration.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding professional development and staffing related queries.
- Work closely and proactively with the Staffing Leadership Team to ensure optimal preparation of consultant availability.
- Prepare and document performance evaluations for consultant groups.
- Gather all necessary information, communicate with the evaluation committee, ensure quality control of feedback, and manage updates.
- Support the promotion process by gathering recommendations, creating documents and facilitating discussions with leadership teams.
- Act as a key advisor for consultant professional development, providing guidance on career progression, skill enhancement, and performance improvement.
- Independently create key documents (contract amendments, employment certificates, confirmations, reference letters, etc.).
- Support various Talent projects.
ABOUT YOU:
- Successfully completed degree (at least a Bachelor's).
- Prior experience in talent management, preferably in consulting, professional services, or recruitment.
- High level of flexibility, commitment, and quality awareness.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a precise and structured way of working.
- Service-oriented personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Creativity, humor, and a positive attitude.
- Fluency in both German and English and enjoyment of teamwork.
