Then apply now for the position of an experienced Talent Professional (12-month contract) in our Talent department at our Zurich office, starting as soon as possible.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Support our Talent team in various areas, including staffing and deployment planning for a group of consultants, training coordination, and performance evaluations.
  • Lead the onboarding process and guide new hires through their integration.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding professional development and staffing related queries.
  • Work closely and proactively with the Staffing Leadership Team to ensure optimal preparation of consultant availability.
  • Prepare and document performance evaluations for consultant groups.
  • Gather all necessary information, communicate with the evaluation committee, ensure quality control of feedback, and manage updates.
  • Support the promotion process by gathering recommendations, creating documents and facilitating discussions with leadership teams.
  • Act as a key advisor for consultant professional development, providing guidance on career progression, skill enhancement, and performance improvement.
  • Independently create key documents (contract amendments, employment certificates, confirmations, reference letters, etc.).
  • Support various Talent projects.

 ABOUT YOU:

  • Successfully completed degree (at least a Bachelor's).
  • Prior experience in talent management, preferably in consulting, professional services, or recruitment.
  • High level of flexibility, commitment, and quality awareness.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a precise and structured way of working.
  • Service-oriented personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Creativity, humor, and a positive attitude.
  • Fluency in both German and English and enjoyment of teamwork.
