Eleonora Cenci is a member of our Transformation and Financial Services practices.
She has worked with many of the leading financial services institutions in EMEA (banks, credit servicers and state-owned institutions). Her work primarily surrounds corporate strategy with focus on transformation. Her case portfolio includes various operating model redesign cases.
Beyond her client work, she is a committed member of our Italy Social Impact program, where she aims at expanding our portfolio of pro-bono cases and clients.
She is also an enthusiastic contributor of our Italy diversity, equity and inclusion efforts in financial services and a member of Women@Bain.
She holds a double degree in international management from LUISS University in Rome and Fudan University in Shanghai.
