Prior to joining Bain, Erin was a partner at a specialty payments consulting firm.
She is an advocate for women in finance and mentors fintech and payment enthusiasts.
Erin is a California native. She earned her undergraduate degree from UC Davis and an MBA from USC. She lives in San Francisco and baked her own sourdough bread long before the pandemic.
