Tamara Lewis

Tamara Lewis is a member of our firm’s Machinery sector in the Americas and is a leader in the Transformation practice.

Tamara has an extensive track record of supporting change-oriented leaders to drive successful transformations. Her work has focused on reimagining business models and repositioning organizations for growth by embedding new capabilities to deliver sustained value.

She has held numerous Bain leadership roles across professional development, HR, and global training. Tamara is a recipient of Bain’s global Bright-Dix Award for excellence in professional development.

She joined Bain Boston in 2008 as an associate consultant. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University (summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors).
